The theme for this first month in 2023 is ‘Finding Our Centre.’ This service will explore some of the ways we can begin to experience and understand what this phrase means. The path to your centre or core being is often described as a never-ending spiral: we think we have something sorted out, and then it appears over and over again in a different forms.
