Frantically Trying to Relax
I’ve always been a rather high-anxiety person. I have taken to worrying as though it were a moral obligation. Lately, I’ve been inspired by people I meet who don’t appear to do this. I’ve been somewhat shocked to discover that it appears to be possible to calm down, stop worrying, and still get things done and be a good person. In this service, I will explore what I am starting to learn about letting go of unnecessary and harmful anxiety.
